About: I've been studying and designing online social networks and communication platforms for a dozen years, and have a deep understanding of issues relevant to Web 2.0. I've worked with or helped create a variety of design patterns relevant to large scale transactional systems, e-commerce platforms, social networking and media management web applications. As a user research manager and director at Yahoo, I contributed to the design and launch of award winning websites that millions of people use every day. And I've been merging Agile development processes with user centered design and research programs since 2004.
